We are looking for HR On Site Supervisor who will be handle our human resources at client's company. He/She will be handle any kind of employee issues and other things which related with HR regulations, service, coaching, etc. Hence He/She has to have below qualification:

• Experience in related position for min 3 years
• Experience to handle human resource in client and handle issues which related with employment
• Experience to conduct training and coaching human resource (not including payroll and recruitment process)
• Has knolwedge about HR regulations
• Has experience in FMCG, Rteail, Oil&Gas or other multinational company
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
