  • Diploma or Bachelor degree for Secretarial major
  • Experienced for minimal 5 years as Secretary or Personal Assistant
  • Fluent in English
  • Fully operational with Microsoft Office including expertise in Power Point
  • Without supervision can organize and perform day to day admin tasks
  • Fully aware of making reservations for hotels/flights/meeting, etc
  • Multitasking and can function as department coordinator


  • Manage GM's business appointment (schedule, meeting room and accommodation)
  • Manage GM's paper file (letter and document)
  • Settle all expenses in Concur (credit card usage or reimbursement claim)
  • Create PR/PO in GSAP for Retail's event (if any)
  • Arrange Retail's event that assigned by GM
