Our Client, a Multinational Lubricant company is looking for Area Sales Manager – B2C Lubricant (East Java).

Requirements :

  • Has minimal 2 - 5 years working experience as Sales Manager especially in Lubricants.
  • Should have a successful track record & clear achievement of sales growth& channel expansion.
  • Comprehensive understanding of and proficiency in the frontline sales process.
  • Good communication skills in English / local language.
  • High energy levels and self-starter.
  • Good commercial understanding of pricing/schemes etc.
  • Willing to travel as required

Job Description :

  • Area and Key Account Manager scope: Sales of the product /sector focus;
  • Manage daily activities of existing distributor sales team to ensure area achievement;
  • Looking for new prospective candidates for targeted areas;
  • The Area Sales Manager will be the process owner of all sales & marketing processes and initiatives in his area, and will ensure implementation of company policies/norms/directives;
  • Routine activities will involve development of specific sector or product, from sourcing, legal coordinator appointment, market survey, pricing, for automotive products;
  • Manage and plan Marketing Activities overall for Automotive (Above the Line and Below the Line – Marketing Area);
  • Support in sourcing marketing material for local activities;
  • Input to business process manager for proper documentation;
  • Design market strategy for the region;
  • Marketing budget control and implementation (Ratio);
  • Engage in distributor management for the business;
