Our client is a multinational of building material products manufacturing, having two factories located in Surabaya and West Java. Our client supplies the products to the retail and project segments. At present, they have a vacant position for factory manager of the Surabaya plant to lead a small plant with 40 people and a semi automatic environment.
Job Description
- Leading and directing the whole operation team at the factory to achieve the factory KPI;
- Plant management and able to identify and lead some improvement and efficiency projects to increase the productivity and the efficiency value of the plant;
- Liaise with the global strategy and projects to bring added value of the operation team and support to the overall business objective.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree graduate from a reputable university in engineering majors (Machine, Electrical, Industrial, Engineering, etc.)
- Having a total of 6-8 years of experience in production, plant or operation management.
- Having manufacturing exposures in the building material products or B2B industries;
- Good Manufacturing Practice.
- Strong in technical and management skills;
- Good communication, good leadership;
- Good English skills
- Able to work in Surabaya
