Our Client
Our client is a multinational chemical trading company from the Netherlands, located in West Jakarta. It has several lines of business from personal care chemical, food ingredients, industrial coating and many more. Currently they want to strengthen their marketing communication team by hiring a young, creative and talented professional for this position.
Job Description:
- You will be reporting to Managing Director and has 1 subordinate;
- Assist the Managing Directors and Business Units in developing marketing and communication plans that align with overall business objectives;
- Collaborate with Business Units and support functions to create integrated and effective marketing and communication campaigns;
- Coordinate, align and execute internal and external events including CSR, trade shows, business partner gatherings, etc;
- Content creation and management from social media planning and execution at various channels including websites, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc), emails, blogs, and marketing materials, not limited to graphics, artwork, video and social media assets and work closely with agencies.
- Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all communication channels and marketing materials.
- Support the Managing Director to create working decks for business and internal meetings;
- Work closely with the HR team for employee branding activity;
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree graduate from a reputable university in Communication, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or related field;
- Having 3-5 years experience in communication and related field
- Good English, other language would be a plus;
- Able to pitch ideas and influence business leaders
- Skills in design/editing software (Photoshop, Indesign, Premier Pro), digital marketing tools, social media platforms and content management systems would be a plus.
