Our client is a multinational chemical who provides natural ingredietns to Food & Beverage and Cosmetic, and Health industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or Science backgroud
- Minimun 2 - 4 years experience in food manufacturing industry
- Self-motivated, customer oriented, multitasking, and adaptabilit
- Fluent in English with the ability to collaborate in a multinational environment
- Willing to be contract based employment with an opportunity to become permanent employee based on performance after one year
Job Description
- Maintain relationship with customers and principals
- Build strong rapport, deliver impeccable sales services and follow up on clients accordingly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage products' stock availability and deliver best services towards customers
- Handle customer's complaints and troubleshoot commercial and technical issues
- Participate in marketing communications campaign such as sales presentations, workshop or trade show /exhibition to promote and introduce the Company’s products / services
- Brainstorm and discuss with immediate Superior on the sales strategy prior to implementation
- Prepare periodical sales report for review with immediate Superior
- Perform any other ad-hoc assigned by superior from time to time
