We are currently searching for a professional talent to join our Client, a Multinational FMCG Company, as Marketing Director. The company is a big group of companies focusing on ingredients, seasonings, food, and beverage. This position will be directly reporting to the President Director and will lead around 20 people in the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing related discipline
  • Min. 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 7-10 years in a senior managerial position
  • Proven track record of success in developing marketing strategies and brand management
  • Experience in the Consumer Goods industry
  • Proficient in both digital and traditional marketing strategies
  • Strong market analysis, strategic planning, and execution skills
  • Proficient in English

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies.
  • Manage brand positioning, communication, and the company’s image in the market.
  • Lead the marketing team (digital, communications, market research, events, and branding).
  • Determine marketing budget allocation and ensure ROI effectiveness for each activity.
  • Supervise digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, e-commerce, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales, product, and distribution divisions to support revenue targets.
  • Build relationships with external parties (agencies, media, and strategic partners).
  • Prepare marketing performance reports for management and shareholders.
  • Develop innovative strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
