Our Client, a Chemical Manufacturing Company, specialized in Agrochemical, is looking for a QC Senior Supervisor candidate. This position will directly report to Plant Manager and lead 27 people in the team.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agrochemicals or Pharmacy
- Having a total of 7 years of working experience in QC and QA area with at least 3 years as Leader or Supervisor in chemical related or pharmaceutical industry
- Familiar with ISO 9000, 45001 and 17000
- Good leadership skill
Job Description:
- Supervise inspection and testing activities for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to ensure quality compliance.
- Ensure QC testing is performed in accordance with SOPs and product specification standards.
- Act as a Project Manager in laboratory trials.
- Ensure all trials and results are properly documented.
- Control the periodic calibration and validation of testing instruments.
- Follow up on non-conformance (NC) findings from the production process and provide corrective action recommendations.
- Provide training and coaching to QC and QA teams.
