Major Responsibilities :

• Maintain the communication and the relationship with customers by calls and sales visits
• Explore new business opportunities from existing or new customers
• Submit proposal and price calculation to customers based on the approval of Plant Manager
• Coordinate with Plant Manager for handling new business opportunities
• Handling complaint and issues
• Supervise the order processing team to ensure a smooth process and delivery to customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitoring inventory, especially write off items
