Our Client is a Multinational Chemical Manufacturer of Personal Care and Home Care Chemicals. They are currently looking for a Production Manager candidate. This position will report to Site Head, supervise 1 Production Assistant Manager and 2 Supervisors with a total 50 people in the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Min. 5 years in Chemical Process as Production Supervisor or 3 years as Production Manager
- Understand process control, production process flow. chemical risks and hazards
- Leadership skill
- English proficiency
Job Description:
- Material Management: reviewing production schedule based on priorities arising from forecast and change of demand or from planned and unplanned downtime
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Marketing team for realization of production plan
- Planning & strategy: Develop, implement, and supervise production plan and strategies including budget for plant expansion, plant and process improvement, optimization, expenditures of major facilities and equipment, etc.
- Production planning and evaluation of each lines, product, quality, etc.
- Coordinate and prioritize the plant maintenance to ensure manufacturing objective is met within minimal machine interruption and optimal downtime, together with Maintenance & Engineering team
- People management
- Modification and expansion projects;
- EHS and housekeeping
- Support Halal assurance and GMP.
