Our Client is a Multinational Chemical Distributor company and expanding their business. They are currently looking for a Sales Manager Pharma candidate to be part of their growing team in Indonesia. This new position will report to General Manger and will be required to set up new team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Chemistry or related fields
- Min. 8 years experience in managerial roles in sales of pharmaceutical chemicals.
- Strong technical service experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be beneficial.
- Has knowledge in multiple drug categories will be an additional value
- Regional product management and reporting will be highly considered
- Leadership skill
- English proficiency
Job Description:
- Manage product development and lead a team to achieve targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships, conduct market research, and collect market intelligence to formulate strategies for business growth
- Regular sales reporting, pipeline management.
