Our Client, a Chemical Manufacturing Company is looking for a Quality Head candidate. This position will lead QC, QA and R&D Teams, and report to the Plant Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or other related disciplines
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Quality field (including R&D)
- Strong leadership skill
Job Description:
- Supervise inspection and testing of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Make sure QC tests are done according to SOPs and product specifications.
- Act as the Project Manager for laboratory trials.
- Ensure all trials and their results are recorded properly.
- Manage regular calibration and validation of testing equipment.
- Follow up on non-conformance findings from production and provide corrective action suggestions.
