Our client is a local chemical distributor company seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead and manage the operations, strategy, and performance of Animal Care Solutions (ACS) business unit
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Fisheries and Marine Science or Animal Husbandry
- Min. 3 years of experience in a managerial role within exposure in aquaculture business dealing with shrimp and fish farms
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets
- Has good networking with the shrimp and fish farmers
- understand the stake holder of the business, good communication and interpersonal skills, and strong salesmanship
- Willing to travel to remote areas to handle many sub distributors and educating the farmers.
Job Description
- Oversee the implementation of business strategies and ensure the business growth
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and potential risks
- Striving to achieve financial and operational KPI of the business unit
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
- Regularly visits customers, listens to their feedback and problem solving
- Ensure good communication of each function within the team: Sales, Technical Support, and Laboratory and bridge communication bottleneck
- Improve the team performance through continuous guidance and training.
