Our Client, a Big Local Manufacturing Company focusing on Building Materials products, is currently searching for a proficient candidate to hold the position of Production Section Head (Assistant Manager level). This position will report to the Production Manager, and will lead around 20 people.
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years in Production with 4 years as Leader (Supervisor or Assistant Manager)
- Willing to be placed in Mojokerto, East Java
- Good leadership skill
Job Description:
- Manage the use of production raw materials (raw material requirements, distribution per machine, and withdrawal from the warehouse) to ensure a smooth raw material supply so that the production process runs smoothly.
- Manage manpower effectively and efficiently (job handover, work schedules, line changes, overtime, occupational health and safety, and 5S) in accordance with applicable procedures and company policies.
- Manage production processes and administration effectively and efficiently (quality, quantity, scheduling, machines, and materials) in accordance with applicable procedures and company policies to ensure production output meets the production plan.
