Our Client, a Big Group of Manufacturing Company of Building Materials products, is looking for a Maintenance Section Head candidate. The said position will report to Maintenance Department Head, and will lead around 30 people.
Requirements:
- University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years in Maintenance field (especially Corrective area) with 4 years as Leader (Supervisor or Assistant Manager)
- Good leadership skill
Job Description:
- Manage activities related to preventive and corrective maintenance (mechanical and electrical) of production and supporting machines effectively and efficiently (including scheduling, control, analysis, and evaluation) in accordance with applicable procedures and policies to ensure smooth production operations.
- Ensure maintenance operational requirements are fulfilled, including spare parts, materials, electrical supply, water, and work tools, and are properly stored and managed efficiently to support optimal execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
