Our client is a multinational chemical manufacturing company seeking a Customer Service Specialist to oversee day-to-day operations and adherence to SOPs, and drive service excellence.           

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from any major with relevant experience
  • Min. 3 years working experience at customer service area
  • Good knowledge of export and international trade terms
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Very good in SAP operation and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent English on writing, reading, and spoken
  • Ready to work in Tangerang area

Job Description

  • Handle customer’s order process & invoicing, and payment collection
  • Manage sample arrangement for overseas customer
  • Handle demand planning/forecasting, also complain management
  • Provide sales related support to internal team members and external customers
