Our client is a multinational chemical manufacturing company seeking a Customer Service Specialist to oversee day-to-day operations and adherence to SOPs, and drive service excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from any major with relevant experience
- Min. 3 years working experience at customer service area
- Good knowledge of export and international trade terms
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Very good in SAP operation and Microsoft Office
- Fluent English on writing, reading, and spoken
- Ready to work in Tangerang area
Job Description
- Handle customer’s order process & invoicing, and payment collection
- Manage sample arrangement for overseas customer
- Handle demand planning/forecasting, also complain management
- Provide sales related support to internal team members and external customers
