Our client is a multinational company that specializes in end-to-end packaging services, seeking a bilingual (Chinese/English/Indonesian) Account Manager to manage local client relationships and support business growth, also driving customer satisfaction and value.            

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, capable of professional oral and written communication, additional Indonesian beneficial.
  • At least 3 – 5 years’ of experience in account management, business development, or related fields; Packaging industry experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in project management, independently handling sample discussions and feedback processes.
  • Hands on in Market insight, with the ability to collect and analyze client and competitive information.
  • Proactive, with a high sense of responsibility and execution capability.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Manage client meetings and engagement by discussing business needs, project progress, and solutions, providing real-time support and feedback.
  • Assist clients with packaging sample discussions, testing, and approvals, ensuring designs and quality meet expectations.
  • Gather critical insights from clients (e.g., market demands, competitive intelligence) and relay them to internal teams;
  • Support the Business Development Owner in executing local business plans, including project follow-ups, supply chain coordination, and delivery management;
  • Establish and maintain long-term trust with clients through effective engagement.
  • Engage in client-facing social interactions, understanding client preferences to build personal rapport, and leveraging these opportunities to expand networks and exchange business insights.
