Requirements:
- University degree in Civil Engineering
- Min. 3 years experience as Project Engineer, Structural Engineer, or Construction Engineer handling Building or Infrastructure Projects
- Having the experience as Project Sales will be an advantage
- Proficient in English
Job Description:
- Identify and pursue project leads
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to technical problems
- Prepare technical proposals, cost estimations, and specifications
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements
- Participate in tender processes, including document preparation and related activities
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing
- Monitor project progress and handle complaints by acting as a mediator between clients and the company
- Provide market insights to clients
