Job Description:

• Optimum-level inventory management
• Improvement of service levels and meet the customer’s requirements and expectation
• To increase the competitiveness of the company through optimization of SCM operations process and shorten the supply lead time to customers
• Safety and regulatory compliance in distribution and transportation e.g. custom clearance.
• Shorten the lead time of the supply from Principals and vendors
• Reduce the operation and logistics costs
• Ensure the supply is consistent and deliver the goods timely
• Review the shipment arrangement and customs clearance
• Compares the service and rate quoted by other service providers
• Monitor the compliance to the company policy and local rules and regulations
• On time delivery, in full quantity, and fast action and good coordination internally in handling handle changes of customer’s order
• Optimization of inventory management and ensure that the warehouse operations is well managed
• Have better understanding the requirements of customer and handling complaint
• Conduct investigation and resolve issues
• Set KPI of vendors/principals and make sure they deliver the service according to the KPI Corrective Maintain tract the service level and analyze potential drawback for corrective action
• Carry out risk analysis related to the business with key vendors
• Avoid dependence on one single source of vendors
• Develop a systematic pre-selection of service provider(s) and monitor their performance level to ensure consistent and reliable service.
• Review and develop annual budget together with the Country Manager for the SCM Division in Indonesia. Monitor and control the expenses are within the approved budget.
