- Good leadership, managerial skills and strong business accumen
Job Description:
- Direct and monitor overall operation of manufacturing site to achieve Operation excellence goals, safety, quality, and economical production and strive for continuous improvement;
- Design and implement manufacturing policies and programs which enables the organization to improve its competitive position;
- Identify and implement growth opportunity together with the business team and the management;
- Ensure the compliance to local statutory requirement including permits and labor laws.
