Our client is a local chemical distributor company seeking a Product Development Head to lead the overall strategy, creation, and execution of new products from initial concept through to market launch
(Based in BSD)
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Management.
- Familiar with ERP administrative systems, meticulous, and efficient
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin skill is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Have a valid SIM A (Driving License)
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang Selatan.
Job Description
- Develop annual product portfolio development plans for existing products.
- Create RTM (Road to Market) regarding pricing policies, positioning, and others.
- Serve as the communication center to Principals/Partners (Price term and condition).
- Monitor DOI (Days of Inventory) according to targets, availability, and perform stock allocation.
- Communicate and monitor the execution of product strategies within the Business Unit team.
