In 2015, ABC Group and Mitsui & Co, one of the largest investor companies in Japan, established a joint venture that produces quality milk and formed PT. ABC Kogen Dairy.
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop yearly account plan to deliver company objective
- Planning, implementing and supervise sales activities in modern channel
- Establish and mange a good relationship with Key Accounts
- Forecast and Achieve sales, market share & service level
- Negotiate Trading terms and program promo activates
- Provide insight from market to develop action plans.
- Coaching and monitoring sales Key Account team.
- Reporting to National Key Account Manager
Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor's degree
- Have experience in FMCG/distribution company, from any FMCG (food/nonfood), priority FMCG mid low (OK from local companies)
- At least 5 years of working experience on managing key account
- Experience in maintaining all accounts of MT (national and MTI/Modern Trade independent/ local)
