Job Description:

  • Responsible to manage Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Develoment, and Culture.
  • Develop and execute Talent Management and Talent Acquisition strategies dan processes aligned with global direction and business requirements.
  • Develop and manage talent and engagement program and initiatives as part of organization sustainability.
  • Fulfill hiring requirements and manage end-to-end process.

 

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in related major
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years experience in Talent Management and Organization Development 
  • Preferably has working experience in multinational FMCG industry with dotted/matrix reporting
  • Fluent in English, mature and combine with strong leadership skills
