Our client is a large chemical multinational corporation (MNC) who is looking for a Mandarin Chinese speaker. The client is active in the agricultural, automotive and construction sectors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- 1-2 years of work experience in a related position, automotive is a plus
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Good communication skills with colleagues and clients
- Microsoft Office, industry specific tools and other basic software knowledge
Job Description
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting production issues and offering technical advice to resolve product or equipment problems.
- Coordinate between teams and clients by communicating issues, collaborating on solutions, and preparing resolution reports.
- Manage quality systems by ensuring issues are resolved per standards and optimizing processes for efficiency.
- Deliver post-sales support by providing technical assistance and ensuring compliance with client specifications.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve products, address complaints, and meet client needs.
