Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Prior experience in Indirect procurement
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP system is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good English language skills both oral and written is a must.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
As the key buyer for logistics-related and general services procurement (e.g., transportation, warehouse services, freight forwarding, consultancy, pest control, GA, etc.)
Lead supplier sourcing, selection, and negotiation processes to achieve cost and service optimization.
Engage cross-functionally with Logistics, Finance, Legal, and other teams to understand needs and define sourcing strategies.
Manage the full procurement cycle from request to purchase order, including vendor communication, price negotiation, contract issuance, approval flow, and performance evaluation.
Draft and administer contracts in coordination with Legal and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and compliance
Ensure timely updates and data accuracy in procurement systems.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and budget approvals.
Monitor supplier performance and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
Identify cost-saving opportunities through negotiation, supplier consolidation, or process improvement.
