  • At least 3 years’ experience in Headhunting or outsourcing company or a Recruitment role
  • Able to handle a large number of job applications and interviews on a daily basis
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Detail oriented, highly adaptable, and fast-thinking
  • Able to adjust with rapid changes
  • Able to work with Microsoft Office

Job Description:

  • Source and interview candidates from multiple channels and make interview recommendation 
  • Shortlist candidates and select the best from the pool of applicants
  • Keep track of open positions, hiring funnel, and new headcount requisition from clients
  • Prepare reports of hiring funnel, turnover rate, and interview results of candidates
  • Manage the internal database
