For a Multinational Chemical Company located in Tangerang
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Industrial Engineering major;
- Age late 20s up to early 40s;
- Having a minimum 5 years of working experiences with 2-3 years as a Production Supervisor;
- Preferably having some working exposures in the chemical, resin, coating, adhesive, or chemical related manufacturing companies;
- Preferably B2B or industrial manufacturing background;
- Personality: hard working, good attitude, and good leadership skills;
- Moderate English fluency is acceptable.
Job description:
- Supervise and control daily shift activities within production area;
- Ensure the quality of process and product and their packaging in line with the company standard;
- Supervise and control implementation of ESHA for all activities in line with company SOP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 16001;
- Coordinate emergency response during shirt operation as per emergency management flow.
- You will be reporting to the Production Manager, and supervising 6-8 operators.
