Job Description:
Healthcare System Shaping Projects

  • Breast Cancer End to End Pilot
  1. Map and engage a diverse ecosystem of partners, from the MoH and UGM to RS Sardjito and global organizations within breast cancer care network
  2. Drive the execution of the Jogjakarta Action Plan by supporting on-the-ground pilot initiatives and ensuring all operational activities translate into the data-driven results required for the national blueprint
  • Cancer Patient Navigator (CPN) Ecosystem Implementation
  1. Seamless Connection: Design and manage the workflows connecting Lay CPNs and Clinical CPNs to prevent patient loss-to-follow-up.
  2. System Integration: Implement the CPN role within the selected ecosystem, utilizing digital platforms like SATUSEHAT and ASIK for patient tracking.
  3. Output Management: Monitor and report on navigation outputs to demonstrate the program’s benefit to patient survival and hospital management.
  • Operational and administrative support for other HSS projects as assigned.

Stakeholder Engagement

  1. Engage external stakeholders in coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective implementation support of the assigned HSS projects.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders including partners, hospital and puskesmas/Dinkes management, professional organizations (e.g.,HIMPONI, POI), and community groups (e.g., YKPI, CISC, YKI) to ensure implementation support of Breast Cancer End to End Pilot and CPN.
  3. Act as a liaison for the Gugus Tugas Kanker Payudara (Task Force) to advocate for the navigator’s role in the multidisciplinary team (MDT). 

Project Administrative Support

  1. Administrative Coordination: Support the logistics of the BC health system project, including meeting management and documentation of public-private partnerships.
  2. Monitoring and Reporting: Track project deliverables against the RAN-KP timeline to ensure alignment with national targets.

Compliance

  • Understand all relevant rules, regulation, and procedures related to compliance (including but not limited to Roche Group Code of Conduct, Data Privacy, Good Documentation Practice, COREMAP, AE Reporting, GCP/PV, MAP and local SOPs.
  • Ensure completeness of all mandatory compliance trainings.
  • Demonstrate ethical and compliant behavior in all activities
