Requirement:
- A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA/CPA/CIMA) is a plus
- Min. 3–6 years of professional experience in finance business partnering, corporate controlling, financial analysis, or an equivalent corporate finance environment
- Fluent in English, strong verbal and written
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a proven track record of building complex scenario models, sensitivity tables, and dynamic dashboards, alongside hands-on experience utilizing SAP for reporting and data extraction
- Ability to analyze complex deals and translate financial analysis into actionable strategic suggestions
Job Description:
Commercial frameworks, pricing and day-to-day operations
- Provide foundational support and modeling for commercial policy, including the design, implementation, and structural review of annual pricing and discount frameworks for high-stakes business activities.
- Serve as the primary finance reviewer for daily commercial requests, ensuring accurate evaluation and approval of commercial discounts.
- Build dynamic financial models and evaluate commercial/marketing campaigns to maximize campaign ROI and drive profitable revenue growth.
- Track and calculate quarterly Distributor KPIs to ensure timely, compliant, and precise commercial incentive payouts.
Strategic business planning, performance frameworks and projects
- Perform detailed quarterly profitability analyses across various business channels and critical key accounts to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Play an active role in the yearly business planning process, collaborating closely with stakeholders on the Strategic Business Plan and financial targets.
- Formulate data-backed financial recommendations to support yearly Pricing negotiations aligned with the broader commercial strategy.
- Lead the development and operationalization of a new monitoring framework specifically tracking Diabetes Care instrument placements.
- Champion process simplification, workflows, and efficiency initiatives to streamline sales and contract performance reporting.
- Actively support major cross-functional or enterprise-wide systems transformations and strategic projects also beyond the Diabetes Care business unit.
