Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in any Engineering major
  • At least 3-4 years experiences in sales, marketing or business development roles
  • Must have an experience in the Engineering Plastics industry or in TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) or Footwear Materials

Job Description:

  • Identify and develop new leads and customers
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct market mapping and customer engagement activities
  • Gather customer requirements and support the sales process.
  • Prepare product presentations, marketing materials, and sales proposals
  • Organize and coordinate customer meetings and engagement activities
  • Follow up with customers and monitor the sales pipeline
  • Prepare activity reports and business development progress reports.
