Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Degree in Life Sciences, Medical, Healthcare, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong persistence and commitment to achieving business targets.
- Result-oriented and able to work independently.
- Able to work under internal and external pressure.
- Willing to learn new products and business areas.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
Job Descriptions:
- Achieve sales targets by territory through marketing plans and collaboration with 3PLs and distributors.
- Analyze accounts, sales pipelines, and business plans through implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Develop new business opportunities for RDI products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and report to the Manager.
- Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Submit account reports, market intelligence, and other feedback on time.
- Maintain contract, installation, and supply chain documentation.
- Manage and develop existing and key accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
