For Pharmacy Industry
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, minimum GPA 3.25.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputable law firm, in-house legal role within the pharmaceutical industry, or multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and legal compliance.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, including legal drafting and negotiation.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Review daily compliance requests and support legal and compliance initiatives.
- Review and negotiate contracts, including documentation and archiving.
- Maintain contract databases, templates, and legal document repositories.
- Provide legal advice and prepare/review legal documents.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to protect company interests.
- Monitor new regulations and assess their impact on the business.
- Support compliance implementation and training.
