Our client, a worldwide and well known Lubricants company with one of their representative office located in the area of South Jakarta, currently open a new vacant position of Real Estate Acquisition
Job Description :
- Responsible for Real Estate activities with regards to site acquisition, disposal, lease renewal & sublease
- Building and maintain relationsip with landlord to ensure good synergy for partnership
- Finding plot and negotiate with landord for site acquisition
- Support Real Estate Acquisition Manager for site acquisition for West Java area
- Collect documents, prepare Lease Agreement signing, and necessary document for handover to permit process
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree from reputable University
- Having more than 5 years working experience in Real Estate industry
- Demonstrate of experience in managing external partners will be critical, strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willing to work in West Java area
