Job Description :

- Finalize Standard Operation Procedure and Guideline for Channel Offer Operational Excellence
- Monitor and track site and cluster Profit & Loss to ensure the offer to Channel Offer Retailers is in line with the strategy
- Monitor compliance and adherence with global policies and standard related to the channel offers
- Monitor Retailer contracts for all Retail Channels
- Evaluate Channel Offer remuneration scheme
Requirements :
- Having minimal 2-3 years of working experience in retail of FMCG business
- Postive attitude with strong communication skills
- Excellence in MS Excel and MS Word
- Motivated, performance-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English both written and oral
